In Germany the annual Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers' boxing championships have taken place.
The week-long festival culminated in the finals night, staged by 3 Battalion REME.
This year has seen the highest turnout for the competition, with 45 tradesmen volunteering in September, and many of them getting into the ring for the first time this week.
Danny Wallis, based in Germany with 3 Close Support Battalion REME, was up against Craftsman Dale Clapperton, from the same battalion.
It was Wallis' second year in the tournament. Having won his previous bout, he had taken away several points to work on.
In the bloodiest bout of the evening, he beat his friend and colleague with a technical knockout.
Bouncing confidently into the ring ahead of the only female fight of the evening was new mother and vehicle mechanic, Lance Corporal Donna Anderson.
She won her light welterweight fight against Armourer Craftsman Olivia Menys.
The third bout of the finals night was a welterweight clash which saw the most experienced fighter of the evening, Corporal Ryan Bolam, beat Lance Corporal Andrew Foster.
Walking away from the night with the award for Best Boxer was Lance Corporal Thomas Bolt, from the Joint Ground Based Air Defence workshop.
Hosts of the evening, 3 Armoured Close Support Battalion REME, were named overall winners.
